Failure to complete KYC verification may result in restrictions on deposits, withdrawals, or account access.
3.4 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jlllok login credentials. You agree to notify jlllok support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. jlllok will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

5.1 jlllok may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All such offers are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, time limits, game restrictions, and maximum withdrawal limits, which will be communicated at the time the offer is made.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the applicable promotion terms before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. 5.4 Welcome bonuses and first-deposit promotions are available to new players only and may be claimed once per household, IP address, and payment method.
6.1 All games available on jlllok use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) or live physical outcomes, as applicable. Game outcomes are determined independently and cannot be influenced by jlllok or any player.

8.1 All content on the jlllok Platform, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, game assets, and user interface elements, is the property of jlllok or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of jlllok.
9.1 jlllok collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein.
9.2 jlllok implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and jlllok cannot guarantee absolute security.

11.3 jlllok does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
11.4 jlllok shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, internet outages, power failures, or government actions.
12.1 jlllok reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without notice, if jlllok reasonably believes that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by a regulatory authority.
12.2 You may close your jlllok account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.
12.3 Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall continue to apply after your account is closed, including but not limited to clauses relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law.
13.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.
